We believe it’s important to be transparent about pricing.

Debt collection

​

Generally charged at 10% of whatever is recovered.  Sometimes there are reasons to charge in a different way; we will discuss this with you.

 

Mediation services

​

Based on £1,000 per day; each party pays half.

 

All other one-off services

​

Charged based on £100 per hour. 

 

We will be able to give a pretty accurate estimate at the outset, and will keep you informed if any complications mean that the costs are likely to increase significantly.

If the project takes a while, we will invoice you monthly in instalments.

​​​​​​Retainers

​

If you prefer to have us on hand all the time, to deal with issues as they arise, then you can take out a retainer. 

 

These are based on £75 per hour; we will agree a number of hours per month, based on the size of your business to begin with. 

 

If we find you are not using those hours, or regularly exceeding them, we can adjust the retainer after a month or two.

​

Retainers are billed monthly.

 

Expenses

​

Sometimes we may have to pay fees at Companies House, or incur other expenses on your behalf.  These will be billed straight away, and are payable immediately.
