• Compliance: Check for compliance with industry regulations, GDPR, health and safety, etc.  Again, if we are already on board, this will all be in place.  If not, let us figure out what needs to be done, and sort it for you.

• Structure of the Sale: Asset sale vs. share sale – each has different implications.  We can work with your accountant to make sure the best structure is used.

• Warranties and Indemnities: Be aware of what guarantees you’re giving the buyer.  These are negotiable; we will work hard to minimise your future exposure.
