Expanding Your Partnership

Things must be going well! 

Perhaps you’re bringing in someone with particular expertise, or who is able to invest in the business as it moves to the next phase.

Whatever the reason, the admission of new partners changes the dynamic of the business.  If the original partnership agreement was drafted well, it may not need to be amended, but it is as well to check.

If it does need changing, we can work with the existing and new partners, to work out any compromises that need to be made, and draft an agreement that suits everyone.
